SOLO STORY will deliver your package quickly and safely. We ship every day from Monday to Friday. Order by 14:00, and we will deliver your package within one to three days in Latvia/Lithuania/Estonia, depending on the courier company's workload.

Delivery options within Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia: Omniva (parcel machine).
After placing the order, you will see a window where you can choose a convenient Omniva parcel machine address.
Delivery is made to the nearest Omniva parcel locker, which you specify in the 'Address' field when placing the order. For convenience, you can directly specify the address of the Omniva parcel locker.
Delivery options to other European countries: DPD.

Returns
Returns are accepted only for goods of proper quality that have not been used and still retain all consumer properties. We do not accept used items.
Returns can be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
To return a product, you need to contact us on Instagram @solostory.eu.
Refunds are made to the same account from which the order was made, minus shipping costs.
The cost of return shipping is covered by the buyer.
